Q. Do I need to complete all the fields of my profile to make a transaction?

Yes, as we are registered and regulated by AUSTRAC, we need all our customers who wants to send Money (Money transfer / Mobile wallet (Bkash / Nagad) to complete all the fields of your Topup up plaza customer profile and also you need to upload relevant image of your id (Drivers Licence / passport / Govt photo id) under your profile.

You just need to update it once. Once your profile is updated - verified and your ID is uploaded you don’t have to do it again.

You can update profile from MYACCOUNT => UPDATE PROFILE

You can upload ID from MYACCOUNT => UPLOAD FILE

Money Transfer 

How long it takes to reach the money to my desired destination?

1) Local Bank Deposit order: Within 1-3 business days after we approve the transaction depending on destination country
2) Cash Pick up from Brac Bank:Within 1-2 business days after we approve the transaction
3) Bank Remittence Deposit order: Within 1-5 business days after we approve the transaction depending on destination country

What are the transfer method available ?


Method 1-  Local Deposit at Bank Account (Bank Easy Transfer) : Best money transfer rate is guaranteed with this method. Fund will be deposited in the recipient's  bank account locally that you will provide in your order. Fund will be deposited within 1-3 working days  (Sunday to Thursday) after you place the order online, transfer or deposit the due amount to our business account and the transfer is approved by us.

Method 2 - Cash Pick up From Brac bank branch in Bangladesh (Cash FR): This is the quickest way to receive money. Recipient will be able to pick up the fund from any of the Brac bank  branches in Bangladesh during bank working hours. 

 

Method 3 - Foreign Remittance Deposit to Bank Account (Bank Foreign Remittence): This is the option for you and the recipient if the bank statement in receiving account needs to show 'Foreign Remittance' as the source of fund. This transfer takes 1-5 working days to be available at recipient's bank account

What are the payment options available?

You can pay us in one of the following way:

1. Manual transfer to our Nominated PayID

2. Manual transfer to our Nominated Bank account.

3. You also can pay us by  EXPRESS ONLINE BANK TRANSFER  powered by POLi Payment System (A Business of Australia Post).

EXPRESS ONLINE BANK TRANSFER is same as your normal NetBank transfer, but powered by POLi Payment System (A Business of Australia Post) which allows you to use  internet banking to securly pay for this order from your bank A/C to our bank A/C. POLi Payment System will instantly let us know whether your internet transfer for this order has been successful or not.
Based on that we can then approve your order immediately.

You do not need to have a POLi Account and there are no extra fees or charges applicable for this payment method.

Mobile wallet credit 


Q. How long does it take for Mobile wallet credit to complete ?
A. Most of the time a Mobile wallet credit (Nagad / Rocket / Bkash) order is completed within 24 Hours after submitting the order and completing the payment process. Rarely a Mobile wallet payment may take up to 48 Hours to complete. Any longer, please contact us on admin@topupplaza.com with your email address and destination mobile number. 


Q. What happens, if I enter an incorrect mobile number ?
A. If  the incorrect mobile number you entered is a valid mobile number and has a active Mobile wallet account then that mobile number will be credided and in that case we can not return that credit or refund you the money. Hence you must enter the correct mobile number and the number that you actually intending to send bKash.

If  the incorrect mobile number you entered is NOT a valid mobile number then you can email us at admin@topupplaza.com with the correct mobile number. We will then resend Mobile wallet payment to the new mobile number and send you the confirmation.

Mobile Top up / Flexi Load

Q. Can I top up or recharge any mobile phones ?
A. At present, you can top up or recharge any prepaid or postpaid mobile phones of Bangladesh. We are constantly working on adding more countries. Please visit us frequently for more update.


Q. How long does it take for recharge to complete ?
A. Most of the time a recharge is completed within few minutes after submitting the order and completing the payment process. Rarely a recharge may take up to 30 mins to complete. Any longer, please contact us on admin@topupplaza.com with your email address and destination mobile number.


Q. What happens, if I enter an incorrect mobile number ?
A. If  the incorrect mobile number you entered is a valid mobile number then that mobile number will be topped up and in that case we can not return that credit or refund you the money. Hence you must enter the correct mobile number and the number that you actually intending to top up.

If  the incorrect mobile number you entered is NOT a valid mobile number then you will receive an email stating that your top up failed and in this case you would be able to email us at topupplaza@gmail.com with the correct mobile number. We will then top up the new mobile number and send you the confirmation.


Q. What happens, if I enter an incorrect mobile type (prepaid / postpaid) ?
A. Entering an incorrect mobile type will cause the top up to fail and an email would be sent to you stating that your top up failed. You can then email at topupplaza@gmail.com with the correct mobile type so that we can process the order again.

Q. I have placed a flexi order to a number. Is there any waitig period to send another flexi order to the same mobile number again? 
A. Yes, there is a 20 minute waiting period to send another flexi order to the same number. If you want to send another flexi order to the same number, please wait for 20 min before placing another order for the same destination number.
